Pricing for a foundation certification starts as low as $425. Prices vary throughout Montana based on several factors such as: the geographic location of the home site; travel time to the home site (whether in a remote region or in a high traffic area), access requirements, etc.
Turn-Around Times
General turn-around times are 5 to 7 days from when you submit your assignment. We also have a rush service available for those needing an inspection and certification expedited as quickly as possible.
Payment Options
Our payment options are: 1) prepay with credit/debit card, 2) prepay with a cashier’s check, and 3) prepay with a personal check. If you are a lender that is scheduling an inspection on behalf of a home owner, we also have a pay-at-close option.
